Supply Update – Flood Impacts
As a result of the devastating floods in South East Queensland and NSW, we are currently unable to operate our Rocklea based manufacturing and distribution sites in Brisbane.
Fortunately our primary distribution facility in NSW has not been impacted by the flood waters, however we are experiencing transport delays due to impact of the flood waters on the road network across Eastern NSW & QLD.
Currently we have sufficient stock cover for the vast majority of our Automotive Refinish range, however, we do expect stock levels to be impacted for certain products that are manufactured at the Rocklea site.
We are working to ensure that we minimise impacts on our customers whilst Rocklea returns to full operation in the coming weeks, however there may be some shortages on some product lines in the near term.
Whilst all of QLD and NSW will be impacted by the floods in some form, we hope that you and your business are okay. We are here to support you as best we can. We appreciate this situation is frustrating and rest assured we will continue to provide updates as the situation becomes clearer.
