Fleetshield Ultrathane is a quick‑drying 2K wet‑on‑wet primer designed to maximise productivity in busy repair and refinishing environments. Its versatile formulation allows both wet‑on‑wet application and dry sanding, giving applicators the flexibility to choose the fastest and most efficient repair process for the job.
Offering excellent application and sanding properties, the primer delivers smooth flow, easy levelling and reliable sanding performance, helping achieve a high‑quality surface with minimal effort. Optimised hiding supports consistent coverage, reducing rework and improving overall efficiency.
The product can be applied wet‑on‑wet over sound OEM e‑coat with light scuffing, and can also be sprayed directly onto well‑prepared plastic parts, making it suitable for a wide range of substrates. In addition, it allows direct application onto ED‑coated panels without sanding, further reducing preparation time.
